Cancellations policy

A 24 hour cancellation notice is kindly requested otherwise £10 fee is chargeable.

For any plaits a 50% deposit is required and not refundable or exchangeable when you don't attend your appointment.

For tinting treatments a 24 hour test is required prior to your time.
